Philip graduated from Campbell University School of Law , and was first licensed to practice law in North Carolina in 2000. He has practiced primarily in the trial courts of Carteret, Craven, and Pamlico counties, but has also tried cases in several other counties throughout North Carolina.
In the last decade Philip has increasingly focused on serious felonies including homicides , and any cases that may require trial by jury.
Patrick graduated from Campbell University School of Law , and was licensed to practice law in North Carolina in 2012. His trial practices is primarily in the courts of Carteret County, where he represents persons accused of criminal and/or motor vehicle offenses, and parent respondents in DSS cases in the district courts. In the superior trial court he represents those accused of felonies, probation violations and other related matters.
Mason has worked as a legal assistant focusing on criminal cases in North Carolina state courts for over ten years, and is a great asset to our firm. Mason has worked closely with our attorneys in their defense of clients, from doing legal research, motions drafting , fact investigation, various trial preparations and courtroom support on cases ranging from the lessor offenses to the most serious, including First Degree Murder. If you become a client you will come to know and appreciate him as an active part of the team you will have working for you .
Moriah is a an undergraduate college student interested in the law, and is getting some hands-on exposure and experience with the work of criminal defense lawyers, as she trains to become our office manager. We are glad to have her brains and organizational skills; and hope we don't lose her to law school for at least a couple of years .
